| 摘 要： | 休闲日益成为社会生活的一种形式和内容。研究休闲的意义和正确引导休闲,是小康社会建设面临的重要任务。马克思自由时间及其运用的理论,是指导我们实现这一任务的思想武器。自由时间的产生和实现是曲折的历史过程,休闲是自由时间的运用。我们必须认真思考:怎样有质量地使用自由时间,享有真正属于人的休闲。

| Abstract: | Leisure is increasingly becoming a form and content of social life. Study the meaning of leisure and properly guide leisure is an important task that the well - off society is facing. Marx＇ s theory on free time and leisure is the guiding ideology weapon we fulfill this task. The emerging and realizing free time is a tortuous historical process. Leisure is the use of free time. We must seriously think about： how to use free time with high quality and enjoy leisure that truly belongs to the man. |
