| 摘 要： | 通过政治文化与政治文明的关系研究,认为政治文化是政治文明的思想基础;分析了中国传统政治文化的特点及中国从传统社会向现代社会转变过程中政治文化的特点及变革趋势;提出了培育社会主义政治文化、推动政治文明建设的若干对策性思考.

| Abstract: | A study on the relationship between political culture and political civilization shows that political culture is the ideological background of political civilization. This study also reveals the characteristics of Chinese traditional political culture and the characteristics and reforming trend in the course of China's transformation from a traditional society to a modern society. Some strategic suggestions have been made here concerning cultivating socialist political culture and constructing political civilization. |
