目前两岸关系进入和平发展新阶段,并取得阶段性成果,"大三通"全面实现,经济合作进入制度化轨道,结束了两岸资本单向流动、不对称、不平衡、不稳定状态,社会文化交流全面展开,厚植了两岸共同利益,遏制了"台独"分裂势力。未来要进一步推动两岸关系和平发展,应加强以战略性新兴产业为核心的经济合作,为两岸关系和平发展奠定更扎实的物质基础;大力发展文化交流,加强两岸关系和平发展的精神纽带;加快建立共同管理机制,为两岸关系和平发展提供制度性保障。

Implications,Effects and Promotional Strategy of Peaceful Development of Cross-Straits Relations

The cross-Straits relations have now entered a new phase of peaceful development and made major progress in the current stage.The "three direct links" has been fully realized and the economic cooperation between the two sides has become institutionalized,bringing an end to asymmetric,unstable and unsteady one-way capital flow across the Taiwan Straits.Social and cultural exchange is in full swing,solidifying the foundation of common interests across the Straits and containing "Taiwan independence" secessionist forces.To further promote the cross-Straits peaceful development,we must strengthen the economic cooperation centering on strategic emerging industries to lay a more solid material foundation for the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations,to vigorously develop cultural exchange to enhance the spiritual ties for the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations;and to speed up the establishment of a joint management mechanism so as to provide institutional guarantee for the peaceful development of cross-Straits relations.
