误译之鉴——对张传彪教授“译海拾贝”专栏的译学思考

Translation is not a simple conversion between two languages.Both Chinese and English and historical and cultural deposits they bear are merely displayed in the wording.There are huge differences like thinking mode,value standard,esthetic orientation,philosophy tradition,national psychology between two nationalities of Chinese and English.It takes efforts for translators to excavate through the wording.Zhang Chuanbiao's series articles entitled with " Treasures in Translation" demonstrate their unique value in aspects of revealing language and culture misunderstanding and overcoming E-C mistranslation traps.
