"十五期间",广州市花都区以汽车、空港经济、皮革皮具等支柱产业为龙头,打造"人才强区"战略,为全区经济社会发展奠定了基础。"十一五"期间,花都区实施产业集群化战略,抓住"北优"发展、白云机场扩建、汽车产业基地建设等带来的机遇,进一步解放思想,制定人才优惠政策,以人为本,继续实施"人才强区"战略,为实现人才与经济社会协调发展创造条件,提供支撑。

During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, the strategy of "Promoting the District by High Talents" was carried out in Huadu in its backbone industries such as automobile, airport economy and leather products industry. This strategy has laid solid foundation for the economic and social development of Huadu district.
