我国高等教育评估制度建设20年回顾与展望

经过20年的探索与实践,我国初步建构了具有中国特色的高等教育评估制度框架。然而,这种制度框架带有明显的计划经济和精英教育的痕迹,与当前社会主义市场经济和高等教育大众化存在诸多矛盾。这些矛盾运动为现代高等教育评估制度建设提供了新的发展动力。

A Review of Chinese Higher Educational Evaluation System Construction in the Last Two Decades and a Forecast to the System

After two decades of exploration and practice, the framework of the higher educational evalua- tion system with Chinese characteristics has primarily taken shape. However, bearing the print of and derived from the plan economy and elite education, this system framework has many contradictions with the present socialist market economy and the popularity of higher education. The movements of these contradictions pro- vide drive for the construction of modern higher educational evaluation system.
