创业者个体研究演变

随着创业活动的兴起,创业者的研究逐渐引起研究者的关注。本文主要从心理学的研究视角出发,对创业者个体层次的研究进行了回顾。发现创业者个体研究领域经过几十年的发展,经历了从特质取向到行为取向,再到类型化取向转变的演变历程。文章对该领域已取得的研究成果进行了系统的梳理和总结,并在此基础上对未来的研究方向予以展望。

Review on research of entrepreneurs

With the emergence of entrepreneurship, research on entrepreneurs has abstracted much interest. This paper makes a review of the researches on entrepreneurs from psychological perspective. This field has developed from trait approach, to behavior approach, and now to typology approach. It summarizes all the findings, and last indicates the research trend for the future.
