拉曼光谱数据压缩的两种方法

摘    要:拉曼光谱数据量大,需要较大数据存储空间和较长的建模时间。本文以二氯甲苯为例,采用了小波包压缩技术以及保留峰位和间隔数据采样的压缩技术,比较了压缩前后谱图差异以及性质分析偏差的变化。研究结果表明,这两种方法可保证在不丢失重要信息的前提下,有效地压缩数据,节省存储空间,提高建模速度和分析速度。

Abstract:Generally speaking, Raman Spectrum data needs large space to storing and long time to achieve modeling, so data compression is necessary. Taking toluene dichloride for example, we use two different means to compress the spectrum data. The first one is so-called wavelet package technique, the other one utilizes wave crest saving and interval data sampling to achieve compression. After comparing the differences between the original and compressed figures, our study indicates that the two means can both compress data efficiently and save storing space and modeling time at the same time without losing important information.
