| 摘 要： | 政府资源规划(GRP)以优化管理、合理配置政府资源为目标,有利于政府部门信息化建设。高校行政管理以优化行政管理流程,整合教育信息资源,提高高校行政管理效率为目标。本文探讨了GRP与高校行政管理的关系,给出了GRP思想在高校行政管理工作中的应用示例,并借鉴GRP思想构建新型的高校行政管理系统。

| Abstract: | The government resources plan(GRP)aims at optimizing the management and allocating government resources reasonably,which is instructive for informatization construction of government department.The university administrative management aims at optimizing the administrative manage flow,conforming educative information resources and enhancing the university administration efficiency.This text discusses the relationship between GRP and the university administration,providing examples of the GRP thought in the university administration work and constructing new university administration system based on the GRP thought. |
