| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业难是近年来社会广泛关注的焦点。文章从整个社会就业现状、毕业生心理、用人单位、高校等方面分析了就业难存在的原因,提出了政府、社会和高校,包括毕业生本人共同解决的相应对策思路。
