DMAP催化合成白藜芦醇烟酸酯

摘    要:目的:以烟酸、白藜芦醇为原料,采用DMAP催化合成方法制备白藜芦醇烟酸酯,期望寻找优化的白藜芦醇烟酸酯合成路线。方法:以烟酸、白藜芦醇为起始原料,经酰氯化、DMAP催化成酯等反应,得到目标化舍物。结论:通过本实验工艺路线合成白藜芦醇烟酸酯,产率90.3%,成酯反应时问比传统方法缩短一半。产物经过1R、1H—NMR等进行了表征。

Abstract:Obejective:In order to get more active compounds,Resveratrol nicotinate was synthesized by using chemical method with DMAP as Catalyst. Method:The synthesis started with Resveratrol,Nicotinic acid as materials,and after acylation and esterification,then the target compounds were gained.Conclusion:Resveratrol nicotinate is producedd in this experiment,the yield is 90.3%,the reaction time is 1.5~2 h;The product is initially tested by IR,1H-NMR.
