| 摘 要： | 建设现代化的政治文明离不开较高的公民意识,即人的现代化。由于对公民意识不正确和不全面的理解,及现阶段物质文明和精神文明的相对落后,造成我国公民意识的严重缺失。因此,必须推动传统的政治教育向着现代化的公民教育转化。而推进公民教育必须有完备的教育体系、公民教育教材、高素质的教育队伍和民主实践的教育途径作为保证和手段。

| Abstract: | Modernization of human beings can not be separated from the building of modern political civilization and the cultivation of fair citizen consciousness.The incorrect or one-sided apprehension of citizen consciousness and thecomparative backwardness in physical and spiritual civilization in China have,to some extent,resulted in the current severe lack of citizen consciousness.Therefore,much emphasis should be laid on the transition from the traditional political education to modern citizen education,and meanwhile a systematic education system,educational stuff,qualified teaching staff and democratic practice are the prerequisites to the promotion of citizen education. |
