中国政府采购现状研究

政府采购在西方发达国家已有二百多年的历史,而在我国才刚刚兴起,且发展迅猛。我国公众对政府采购的各方面情况还很陌生。因此,对近年来我国政府采购的发展状况的介绍是很有必要的,并且将我国政府采购发展的状况与发达国家的情况进行对比,可以看到还存在着许多问题。研究实践操作过程中所遇到的这些问题并提出合理的建议是很有现实指导意义的。

Study on the Situation of Chinese Government Procurement

Government Procurement has a history of more than 200 years in western developed countries.It appeared in China some years ago,and has increased rapidly.The public have little idea to Government Procurement in our country at present.Consequently,it is necessary to introduce the recent situation of Government Procurement in our country,and we can observe that many problems exist from the contrast between our country and developed countries.It is highly important to study these problems and give some reasonable advices in practical operations.
