| 摘 要： | 以2008-2012年度服装纺织行业上市公司为样本,研究了独立董事特征对公司经营业绩的影响.独立董事受教育程度、年龄、亲自出席会议频率,与企业经营业绩存在显著的正相关关系;独立董事薪酬、兼职数量则无显著关系.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the influence of independent directors characteristics upon the company＇s operating results on the basis of 2008 and 2012 annual clothing textile industry listed companies. It is found that independent directors by educational attainment, age, attendance of meetings, and business performance have significant positive correlative relationship with company＇s operating re- sults; while remuneration of independent directors, the number of part-time jobs have no significant effect on them. |
