摘    要:以485名新生代员工为样本,分析了工作要求对新生代员工工作态度(包括工作满意度和离职倾向)的影响以及父辈支持的调节作用。结果发现:对新生代员工而言,每周工作小时数与工作满意度呈显著负相关,与离职倾向呈显著正相关;工作要求对工作满意度有负向影响,对离职倾向有正向影响;工作要求通过工作满意度的中介效应影响离职倾向;父辈支持在工作要求与新生代员工工作满意度以及工作要求与离职倾向之间并没有起到显著的调节作用。

Empirical Study of Impact of Work Demand on Millennial Employees’Attitude Toward Work:Elder Support as A Moderating Variable
Abstract:Data were collected from 485 millennial employees,and the study analyzed the impact of work demand on the millennial employees’attitude toward work(including job satisfaction and turn-over intention),and also the moderating effect of elder support between work demand and employees’ attitude toward work.The results are as follows:for the millennial employees,weekly working hours have significant negative correlation with job satisfaction and significantly positively related with turn-over intention.And the work demand has a negative effect on job satisfaction and also has a positive effect on turnover intention;work demand affects turnover intention through the mediating effect of job satisfaction.Elder support doesn’t play an effective moderating effect between work demand and mil-lennial employees’job satisfaction and also between work demand and millennial employees’turnover intention.
