| 摘 要： | 内地与澳门在食品安全刑事立法层面各具特色。因历史原因，澳门刑事立法上既有大陆法系的传统又有中西融合的发展，呈现出独特的法律文化。两地食品安全刑事立法差异主要在于立法模式、规制范围和刑罚配置。通过比较研究，内地与澳门可相互借鉴有益的立法经验，推动两地食品安全刑事立法共同发展。

Comparative Research on Criminal Law of Food Safety in Mainland and Macao |

| Abstract: | In food safety crime,mainland and Macao in China have their own characteristics. Due to historical reasons,Macao has both features of the continental law and the development of the fusion of Chinese and western and has its unique legal culture. The significant difference between mainland and Macao in crime legislation pattern lies in regulatory scope and criminal punishment. Through the com-parative study,mainland and Macao could learn lessons from each other to promote the development of criminal law of food safety. |
