重庆市科技人才集聚效应实证研究

随着时代的发展与社会的进步，经济增长影响要素中知识和技能的作用越来越大。而科技人才作为掌握有专业知识和技能的高质量人力资源，对于技术的创新和经济的发展更是有着不可估量的影响。科技人才集聚能够通过发挥一系列的效应达到利用率1＋1＞2的效果。采用主成分分析法提取科技人才集聚效应衡量指标的主要数量信息，然后通过构建综合指标评价体系衡量近年来重庆市科技人才集聚效应，进而分析其饱和度、未来发展趋势以及与重庆经济发展的关系，为重庆市提高科技人才集聚度和科技人才利用效率提供借鉴。

Empirical Study on Agglomeration Effect of Science and Technology Talents in Chongqing

With the development of society and economy,the labor force becomes more and more im-portant in ingredients of economic growth.As the high-quality human resources which master profes-sional knowledge and skills,talented persons,have no doubt,have inestimable effects on the innova-tion of social technology and economic development.Talents aggregating can reach the efficiency of one plus one greater than two by exerting a series of effects.Extracting the main factors affecting the concentration of talented people in Chongqing by using the PCA,and then measuring the effect of tal-ents aggregation level in Chongqing in recent years via construction of comprehensive evaluation index system and analyzing its relationship with the economic development of Chongqing will provide refer-ence of improving the utilization efficiency of human resource and talents agglomeration in Chongqing.
