城镇化与港口物流协调发展的实证研究--以广东省为例

现代港口发展对港口服务功能的要求越来越高，而使城镇（市）与港口的关系变得越来越密切，可以认为城镇化和港口物流发展之间是一种相互促进、协调联动发展的关系。广东省的实证结果表明城镇化与港口物流具有较强的关联性，因此，为促进两者协调发展，首先，应做好港口物流发展规划，以推动港口物流和城镇化协调发展；其次，应大力发展金融业，为港口物流和城镇化协调发展提供资金支持；第三，应加大固定资产投资力度，完善港城交通、运输、邮电等基础设施，助推港城联动协调发展；第四，应通过滨海发展战略的实施来提升广东省的城镇化水平；最后，应解决城镇化和港口物流发展过程中所需人才的问题。

Empirical Study on Coordinated Development Between Urbanization and Port Logistics:Taking Guangdong Province as a Case

The development of modern port have become increasingly demanding to port services, leading that the relationship between the town (city)and port becomes more and more closely.It can be considered the relationship between urbanization and port logistics development is a mutual promo-tion and coordination linkage development.The empirical results show that urbanization and port lo-gistics has strong relevance in Guangdong province,therefore,to promote the coordinated develop-ment of the two,first of all,we should make port logistics development planning to promote the coor-dinated development of port logistics and urbanization,followed we should vigorously develop the fi-nancial industry,providing financial support for coordination of the development between port logistics and urbanization,and the third,we should increase investment in fixed assets,and improve the city transportation,post and other infrastructure to boost the city joint and coordinated development.The fourth is that we should implement the coastal development strategy to improve the level of urbaniza-tion in Guangdong province and finally we should solve the problem of talent required in the process of urbanization and the development of port logistics.
