西部地区农村老年贫困影响因素实证分析--基于西部地区106个村落的调查数据

基于西部地区106个村落1575位农村老年人的调查数据，对影响老年人贫困的因素进行实证分析。Probit模型显示：影响老年人贫困的因素有共性因素和特性因素，年龄、劳动、政府救济金、财产性收入、低保和子女生活费、子女经济状况是影响老年人贫困的共性因素；文化程度、健康程度、自理能力和是否有养老保险是影响不与子女同住的老年人贫困的特性因素；子女数、性别、婚姻状况是影响与子女同住的老年人贫困的特性因素。针对这一结论，应大力发展农村经济、完善农村社会保障体系，大力发展农村教育、基础医疗建设，弘扬社会主义新型“孝文化”，营造尊老爱幼的良好社会氛围，缓解西部地区老年贫困。

An Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Rural Elderly Poverty in Western China:Based on the Survey Data of 106 Villages in the Western Region

Based on the survey data of 1 575 rural elderly people in 106 villages in the western region,the factors affecting the poverty of the elderly are analyzed.Probit model shows that the factors affecting the elderly poor includes common and characteristic factors.Age,labor,alms,property income,subsistence allowances,children livingexpenses and economic situation of children are common factors that affect the elderly poverty;cultural degree and level of health and self-care ability and endowment insurance is characteristic factors influence the elderly poor who is not living with their children;family size,gender,marital status is characteristic factors influence the elderly povertywho live with their children.Finally,according to the conclusions of the model,this paper suggests some countermeasures and suggestions for elderly poverty:to develop rural economy and improve the rural social security system,to develop rural education and primary health care system,and to promote a socialist new-type of“filial piety culture”to create a good social atmosphere of respecting respect the old and cherish the young.
