财政支持对我国高技术产业发展的影响

2016年《政府工作报告》中,李克强总理提到"十三五"时期的重大举措之一就是做大高技术产业、现代服务业等新兴产业集群,打造动力强劲的经济发展新引擎.基于当前的大环境,通过面板数据实证分析研究财政支持对高技术产业的影响,结果表明:财政支持对高技术产业具有促进作用,但是效果不明显,需要政府采取更加有效的甄别机制,以增强政策的有效性.

Study on the Influence of Financial Support for Chinese High Technology Industry

In Government Work Report of 2016, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned that during the period of "13th Five-Year" period, one of the major moves is to expand high-tech industry, modern service industry and other emerging industrial clusters, to create a powerful new engine. Based on this, through empirical analysis of panel data,this paper studies the role of financial support for high-tech industries, and draws the following conclusions: financial support plays a role in promoting high-tech industry but not obviously;the government needs to take an effective screening measures to enhance the policy effectiveness.
