| 摘 要： | 在分析辽宁省利用外资的现状、特点及问题的基础上，利用1989—2005年辽宁省相关数据，研究利用外资对经济增长及产业结构的影响。结果表明：辽宁省实际利用外资额同辽宁省国内生产总值及进出口总额存在高度的正相关关系，利用外资对辽宁省经济有巨大的拉动作用；外商直接投资(FDI)对辽宁省工业部门的确存在着技术外溢效应，即引入外资每增加1%，会促进工业部门产出增加2.75%。基于以上分析，提出利用外资振兴辽宁老工业基地的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the status,characteristics and problems of utilizing foreign investment in Liaoning Province,the impact of foreign capital on economic growth and industrial structure are studied with the relevant data from 1989 to 2005.The results show that foreign direct investment(FDI) has a highly positive correlation with the GDP and total imports and exports in Liaoning Province,which means that the utilization of foreign capital has a strong pulling effect to the economy;and there is indeed a... |
