中国工业企业研发效率的波及面

为研究研发效率对企业研发决策、全要素生产率和盈利能力的影响程度，建立包含研发效率的企业生产模型分析研发效率对企业经营的影响。使用随机前沿分析（SFA）模型测度2007年中国工业企业的研发效率，发现不同地区和行业的研发效率呈有规律的分布。利用计量方法检验研发效率对企业研发决策、全要素生产率和盈利能力的影响。实证结果显示，研发效率较高的企业更加倾向于增加研发的强度和规模，研发效率与生产率具有正相关性。有证据表明，较高的研发效率可以明显提高企业研发投资的利用效能，使得有限的研发投入能够更有效地提升企业的生产率；提高研发效率对于改善企业的盈利能力具有明显的正面作用。

Rippling effect of R&D efficiency of industrial enterprises in China

In order to determine the influencing degree of R＆D efficiency on R＆D decision making, total factor productivity and profitability of enterprise, enterprise production model is established including R＆D efficiency to analyze the influence of R＆D efficiency on operation of enterprise. The R＆D efficiency of industrial enterprises in China in 2007 is evaluated by applying stochastic frontier analysis （SFA） model, which finds that the R＆D efficiencies of different regions and industries are distributed regularly. The influences of R＆D efficiency on R＆D decision-making, total factor productivity and profitability of enterprise are then tested by applying quantitative method. The result of empirical study shows that enterprise with higher R＆D efficiency tends to increase the quantity and scale of R＆D investment and the R＆D efficiency is positively correlated with productivity. Evidence shows that higher R＆D efficiency can significantly improve the utilization effectiveness of R＆D investment of enterprise, which can improve the productivity of enterprise more effectively by restricted R＆D investment; and that there are obvious positive effect of improving R＆D efficiency on perfecting the profitability of enterprises.
