技术寻求型对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应研究

以技术寻求为目的的对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应是近年来国际直接投资领域的新课题。通过构建R&D溢出回归模型以验证逆向技术溢出效应的存在。在CH和LP模型研究思路的基础上,选取1990—2010年的时间序列数据,对逆向技术溢出效应与我国全要素生产率的关系进行实证检验和分析,结果显示全要素生产率与对外直接投资呈正相关关系,说明对外直接投资对我国技术水平有正向的促进作用,证实我国企业开展以技术寻求为目的的对外直接投资能够有效地提升本国的技术水平。据此分别从政府和企业两个层面提出相关政策建议。

Empirical study on reverse technology spillover effect of technology sourcing foreign direct investment

In recent years, reverse technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment which aims at seeking technology becomes a new topic in the field of international direct investment. R&D spillover regression model is established to validate the existence of reverse technology spillover effect. On the basis of research approaches of CH and LP models, the time series data from 1990 to 2010 are selected; empirical test and analysis are produced on the relationship between reverse technology spillover effect and total factor productivity in China. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between total factor productivity and foreign direct investment, which indicates that foreign direct investment plays positive role to promote the technological level in China, and validates that foreign direct investment which aims at seeking technology can effectively improve the technological level in China. Related policy suggestions are brought forward from dimensions of the government and the enterprise according to it.
