国外农业补贴的经验及借鉴

针对我国农业一直面临发达国家长期对本国农业高额补贴竞争的事实，根据国内外近期的研究文献，对农业支持及农业补贴领域的研究进展和研究内容进行了整理和述评。通过分析发现，我国农业补贴无论是从总量上还是支持强度上，都与发达国家存在着很大的差距。同时，在有关农业补贴的国际经验借鉴方面，国内对发展中国家特别是与我国农业发展极为相似的印度农业补贴问题，研究上还是空白，需要在今后的研究中予以高度的重视和大量的研究。
