| 摘 要： | 近年来，跨国公司的对外技术转移引人瞩目，如何认识跨国公司对发展中的东道国进行技术转移的现象，进而把握其规律性，以便东道国采取相应的策略并指导本土企业进行技术开发，对于我国的赶超型经济无疑具有现实指导意义和实际应用价值。通过回顾跨国公司行为理论的发展脉络，结合模型分析提出，跨国公司对外直接投资所实现的技术转移程度与东道国自身的技术能力、技术水平密切相关，尤其是根据这种技术转移型直接投资在东道国的成本分析可以看出，技术先进与否主要在于其适应性，即考虑成本和产出的技术进入意愿。所以，基于成本考量的国际生产技术合作是我国今后进行有效技术转移的关键。
