| 摘 要： | 在文化产业日益发展的大背景下,完善相关人才政策显得尤为关键。基于省域比较的角度,梳理四地文化产业发展的人才政策,从人才发展规划、人才引进和人才管理三方面进行分析,指出文化产业发展的人才政策存在政策体制、政策对象和人才服务管理三方面的问题,并在此基础上提出相应改进建议。

| Abstract: | Under the background of increasing development of cultural industry, it is especially essential to perfect the talent policy. From perspective of provincial comparison, talent policies of cultural industry development are summarized in four regions. Analysis is carried out from three aspects of talent development plan, talent introduction and talent management. Three problems of talent policy are pointed out in cultural industry development, and corresponding improving suggestions are brought forward based on it. |
