| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期，构建社会主义和谐社会、加强党的建设、发展中国特色社会主义民主政治是党和国家的重要目标和任务。群众路线是中国共产党的根本工作路线，也是党的基本领导方法和工作方法。新时期坚持党的群众路线，对于构建社会主义和谐社会、加强党的建设、发展中国特色社会主义民主政治具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
