Comparison and revelation of government＇s role in tripartite coordination mechanism in developed countries

The governments of developed countries play important roles in tripartite coordination mechanism of labor relations, while their specific practices are different from each other. The relative harmonious and stable labor relations and normalized labor markets in developed countries lie on the adjustments and controls of govermental law, labor inspection, collective bargaining, labor dispute disposal, and so on. The function of government in tripartite coordination mechanism in developed countries can be used for reference in China. Namely, the labor disputes are to be resolved in rank-and-file organizations; the labor conflicts are dissolved properly; and the degree of job satisfaction is improved. The objective is to promote the harmonious development of employee-employer relations.
