摘    要:发达国家政府在劳动关系三方协调机制中起着重要作用,但各国的具体做法各不相同。发达国家相对和谐稳定的劳资关系、规范的劳动力市场有赖于政府法律、劳动监察、集体谈判、劳动争议处理等方面的调控。我国可以借鉴发达国家政府在三方协调机制中的作用,将劳动争议问题化解在基层组织,正确解决劳资矛盾,提高工作满意度,促进劳资关系的和谐发展。

Abstract:The governments of developed countries play important roles in tripartite coordination mechanism of labor relations, while their specific practices are different from each other. The relative harmonious and stable labor relations and normalized labor markets in developed countries lie on the adjustments and controls of govermental law, labor inspection, collective bargaining, labor dispute disposal, and so on. The function of government in tripartite coordination mechanism in developed countries can be used for reference in China. Namely, the labor disputes are to be resolved in rank-and-file organizations; the labor conflicts are dissolved properly; and the degree of job satisfaction is improved. The objective is to promote the harmonious development of employee-employer relations.
