国际反补贴制度下中小企业“走出去”战略研究

随着我国经济的快速发展，国内中小企业已经成为中国经济与世界接轨的主力军。党中央国务院积极支持中小企业采取“走出去”的发展战略，但我国是一个新兴的发展中国家，参与国际经济竞争的时间不长，经验欠缺。通过对补贴与反补贴制度的研究，比较分析国内外补贴与反补贴的形式，深入研究我国中小企业“走出去”的法律与政策，提出应对国际对华反补贴的策略，以更好地促进我国中小企业“走出去”战略的实施。
