On Xi Jinping thought of youth work and its significance since 18th CPC National Congress

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping thought of youth work has been proposed to response to the actual needs of youth work in the new era of development and innovation based on the inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism about thoughts of youth work and the CPC fine tradition of attaching great importance to youth work. This thought emphasizes the education of the faith and ideal to the youth, the cultivation of abilities and knowledge, the service of growth and talent, and the youth organizations reform. It realizes the synchronization of CPC thought of youth work with times, and further promotes optimization and upgrading of the youth organization in China, which provides the correct guidance for the youth healthy growth.
