惯例视角下CEO双元领导对高管团队创造力的影响

摘    要:面对来自时代背景和企业内外经营环境对领导者能力和高管团队创造力的要求,如何通过领导风格影响高管团队创造力亟待深入研究。为深入探讨CEO双元领导对高管团队创造力的作用机制,基于惯例视角下的CEO双元领导风格构建结构方程模型,采用偏差校对非参数百分位Bootstrap置信区间法进行双重中介检验。研究结果表明:CEO双元领导、团队学习和团队自反与高管团队创造力显著正相关;团队学习和团队自反在CEO双元领导和高管团队创造力之间起到同步和连续的中介作用。

Abstract:Due to the requirements of leadership ability and creativity of top management team from the background of the times and the internal and external business environment, it needs to be studied in depth how to influence the creativity of top management team through leadership style. In order to explore the mechanism of CEO’s dual leadership function on the creativity of top management team, a structural equation model is constructed based on CEO’s dual leadership style from the perspective of conventional practice. A double mediation test is conducted by using the deviation proofreading non-parametric percentile Bootstrap confidence interval method. The results show that: the CEO dual leadership, the team learning and the team reflection are positively correlated with top management team creativity; the team learning and the team reflection play a synchronous and continuous mediating role between the CEO dual leadership and the top management team creativity.
