英国脱欧视角下中英服务贸易竞争力比较研究

对中国和英国服务贸易TC数值、RCA数值以及服务贸易开放度进行测算,衡量中国和英国服务贸易各部门的国际竞争力,比较两国在服务贸易各部门的优劣势,最终得出结论:中国在建筑这一服务贸易项目下国际竞争力比较突出,在计算机和信息服务领域发展迅速,目前该类服务竞争优势已经超过英国;英国在金融和保险等资本和技术密集型服务贸易领域竞争优势比较突出。据此,对中国如何提高服务贸易竞争力以及英国正式脱欧后中英两国服务贸易如何发展提出建议。

A comparative study of Sino-British service trade competitiveness from perspective of Brexit

Calculations are carried out for the TC values, RCA values of the Sino-British service trade, and service trade openness of Chinese and British service trade is measured. The international competitiveness is compared between various sectors of Chinese and British trade in services. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for the two countries in the various sectors of service trade. The following conclusions are drawn:Chinese international competitiveness is more prominent in the construction field; China has developed rapidly in the field of computer and information services, and the competitive advantage of such services has surpassed that of the UK; the UK has a prominent competitive advantage in the fields of capital and technology intensive service trade such as finance and insurance. Suggestions are made to improve the Chinese competitiveness of service trade and to develop the service trade between China and Britain after the official Brexit.
