对外贸易、FDI与污染密集型产业转移实证研究

全球经济一体化进程加速推进,污染产业国际转移日益频繁,对中国的生态环境造成了严重破坏。依据国际贸易和外商直接投资理论,基于M&W污染密集型产业分类方法,利用中国2007—2016年省际面板数据,实证研究对外贸易、FDI对污染密集型产业转移的影响。研究发现:出口贸易、进口贸易和FDI与污染密集型产业向中国转移存在显著的相关关系,我国环保政策对于防范污染密集型产业转移是积极有效的。依据研究结果,从环境规制视角对污染密集型产业转移问题提出相应对策建议。

Empirical study on foreign trade,FDI and transfer of pollution-intensive industry

With the accelerating advancement of global economic integration, the international transfer of pollution industries are increasing, which has brought serious damages to Chinese ecological environment. According to theories of international trade and foreign direct investment(FDI), the M&W classification method of pollution-intensive industries is based, and the inter-provincial panel data from 2007 to 2016 in China are used to conduct empirical study on influence of international trade and FDI on transfer of pollution-intensive industries. It is found that there is a significant correlation between export trade, import trade and FDI and the transfer of pollution-intensive industries to China. The environment protection policy in China is proactive and effective for preventing the transfer of pollution-intensive industries. According to the research results, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on transfer of pollution-intensive industries from perspective of environment regulation.
