高等教育创新人才的培养策略

中国经济的快速发展，给高等教育带来了新的机遇与挑战，高等院校作为培养人才的基地，必须站在新的起点上，确立与社会发展相适应的人才培养对策和目标，构建有助于创新人才培养和高等教育发展的平台。目前，在高等教育中还存在一些不利于发展的瓶颈，制约了创新人才的培养。通过对高等教育的人才培养环境、主导思想与培养目标、素质教育与传统教育的关系等问题的分析梳理，努力找到问题之所在，以走出高等教育的误区，实现新形势下高等教育人才培养目标的彻底转变，为经济建设输送高素质的创新人才。
