精品课程建设的实践与思考

精品课程建设项目是高等学校教学质量的一项重要内容，其质量的高低涉及很多因素。以沈阳工业大学“环境工程概论”校级精品课课程建设为例，从师资队伍建设、教学内容建设、教学方法与手段改革、教学管理机制等方面，由理论到实践，全面阐述了精品课程建设的重要内容和有效途径。实践表明：精品课的建设有利于提高教师队伍的学术水平和教学水平，有利于教师在更高的平台上钻研教学，提高教学质量。
