Research on Xi Jinping thought of ecological rule of law

At the national ecological environment protection conference in 2018, the Ecological Civilization thought in New Era is clearly initiated by Xi Jinping for the first time, which painted a grand blueprint for realizing “beautiful China” comprehensive well-off society. Xi Jinping thought of ecological rule of law has profound theoretical foundation and is an important component of the Ecological Civilization thought in New Era. It not only provides theoretical guidance for construction of ecological civilization, but also offers theoretical support for the improvement and perfection of socialist ecological rule of law with Chinese characteristics. Through the analysis from perspectives of time and space, the scientific nature of Xi Jinping thought of ecological rule of law is expounded. The systematical transformation of environmental rule of law can only be realized under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought of ecological rule of law and the promotion of construction of every link of implementing environmental rule of law.
