摘    要:阐述ML(Malmquist-Luenberger)指数构成及其分解方法,使用2007—2012年银行业相关数据计算考虑不良贷款的前提下投入产出导向的银行业贷款ML指数及其分解,结果表明在6年考察期间我国银行业贷款效率平均有0.002的降低,其原因是技术进步指数及规模效率指数降低。这说明银行贷款技术在大范围地普及,而贷款技术创新及贷款规模有待进一步发展,在市场发展中应密切关注经济萎缩的可能,并据此提出提高银行业贷款效率的建议。

Abstract:The composition and factoring method of ML ( Malmquist-Luenberger) index is demonstrated. The ML index and its factors are calculated for the input-output oriented banking loan on the premise of bad loans by using relative data of banking industry from 2007 to 2012 . The results show that the loan efficiency of Chinese banking industry has an average reduction of 0. 002 during the six years studied, and the explanation is the reduction of technological progress index and scale efficiency index. It indicates that loan technology is popularized in a wide range, while loan technology innovation and loan scale need further development. Close attention should be paid to the possibility of economic contraction in the development of market . Suggestions are also brought forward for the improvement of the loan efficiency of banking industry according to the study.
