智能楼宇是物联网技术未来应用的一个重要领域,为了克服传统建筑分散、管理方式独立所带来的耗时、耗力问题,满足用户的多样化需求,对现有的物业管理、一卡通管理、办公自动化、建筑设备自动化等独立的系统进行整合,通过建立一个满足需求、易于使用的Web管理系统实现集中管理和协同工作的目的。基于B/W/D三层架构,针对系统管理、面向设备管理和用户管理,设计并实现基于物联网的智能楼宇Web管理系统,满足在新的形势下对建筑进行智能管理的要求和用户的需要,提高建筑智能化水平,完善智能建筑管理模式,实现楼宇内部管理工作的网络化、自动化、数字化。
