| 摘 要： | 党内民主是我国政治生活中的一项基本原则，也是实现社会主义民主政治的基础和前提。对党内民主的发展路径进行梳理，认为当前党内民主的发展存在党的代表大会制度不完善、党内选举制度不全面、党内监督制度弱化的路径制约。为扩大党内民主，消除路径依赖惯性对我国民主政治建设的影响，尝试从完善党的代表大会常任制、改革党内选举制度、建立健全党内民主监督机制3个方面来突破传统路径依赖，发展完善党内民主。
