产业金融视角下东北区域金融中心建设研究

建设东北区域金融中心是推动东北老工业基地全方位振兴的重要举措,但东北区域金融中心的发展特质定位依然模糊。分析东北地区优势产业和金融业发展现状,明确以产业金融为东北区域金融中心发展特色的理念,提出建设东北区域金融中心的三步走战略,即金融集聚、地方性金融中心、东北区域金融中心。构建东北区域金融中心的建设路径模型,并提出建设东北区域金融中心的对策建议。

Research on construction of regional financial center in Northeast China from perspective of industrial finance

To construct regional financial center in Northeast China is an important measure of promoting the all-around revitalization of northeast old industrial bases. But the positioning of development characteristics of regional financial center in Northeast China is still vague. The advantageous industries and development status quo of financial industry in Northeast China are analyzed, and the idea is clarified of taking industrial finance as the development characteristic of regional financial center in Northeast China. Three-phase strategy is proposed of constructing regional financial center in Northeast China, namely, the financial clustering, the local financial center, and the regional financial center in Northeast China. Path model of constructing regional financial center in Northeast China is established, and countermeasures and suggestions are brought forward of constructing regional financial center in Northeast China.
