| Abstract: | On the basis of the present situation in West China about higher education and labor resources, the thesis uses the successful experiences of foreign countries' higher education affecting the economic development.The strategic consideration to the higher education in West China is pointed out. In order to give play to the function of the higher education in West China, the higher performance staff who can fit in with the strategic needs of the development in West China should be cultivated. |
