| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校学生管理与学校整体发展的现状，阐述班级建设对学生成长和对高校思想政治工作的重要意义，分析班级管理工作中蕴涵着辩证哲理。结合实际教育教学管理，提出班级管理要处理好法与情、严与宽、整与零、抓与放、文与武、缓与急、多与少、静与动等几对辩证关系。

| Abstract: | In view of the situation of student management lagging the whole school development,the importance of class building for student growth and ideological & political work of universities is stated.Philosophic theory contained in class management is analyzed.Finally,combined with practical teaching management,eight pair dialectic measures are introduced,such as regulation& feeling,strictness & tolerance,whole & individual,grasp & loosen,gentle & steadiness,slow & urgent,much & little,keep &change,which can be regarded as effective methods for class management and quality education in universities. |
