| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转变,出现了多种教育质量观。根据当前高等教育质量观的多元化发展趋势,强调要树立全面的质量观,并用全面的质量观来引导教学管理,针对影响质量的各个环节加强监控,保证高等教育的教学质量提高。

| Abstract: | With higher education being transformed from a small 'elite' system to a public system,a lot of opinions in quality education have occurred.According to the current trend of multi-elementally developed opinions on higher education quality,it is emphasized to build the conception of all round quality education.At the same time,the conception of all round quality education is applied to direct education management,to strengthen the supervision of every aspect that effects quality.As a result,the education quality of higher education will be improved. |
