| 摘 要： | 农村信用社的产权制度改革是农村信用社改革的核心。分析我国农村信用社现状及产权制度中存在的问题,如产权不清晰、法人治理结构不完善、不符合信用社合作制的原则等等,提出农村信用社应明晰公共积累、亏损社的产权,完善法人结构,减轻农村信用社历史包袱,改善金融环境。
