对高校师德建设问题的思考

结合目前高校师德建设中存在的主要问题,从社会转型、教师自身和高校内部三方面分析问题存在的原因,并从建立高校师德规范、完善奖惩制度、提高教师准入资格、完善教师培训制度等方面提出要加强高校师德制度建设,建立高校师德建设的长效机制。

On the Construction of High School Teachers' Professional Ethics

There are problems during the construction of high school teachers' professional ethics.The reasons of what caused these problems are analyzed from the views of social transformation,teachers' own shortcomings and high school's problems.Some countermeasures are put forward,such as constructing the rule of high school teachers' professional ethics,making the evaluation system better,improving the system of teacher training in order to strengthen the construction of high school teachers' professional ethics system and realize the long-term efficient mechanism.
