| 摘 要： | 现代交通文化的真正出现,有赖于现代交通工具的普及以及现代化交通环境的形成。在某种程度上,制度创新是健康交通的重要保证,科技进步则为进一步加强交通管理,促进交通制度的进一步创新提供了技术支持和物质条件。由此,制度创新与科技进步构成了现代交通文化的两大支柱。

| Abstract: | The real appearance of modern communications culture depends on the popularity of modern traffic tools as well as the formation of modern traffic environment.However,to certain extent,system renovation is the important guaran- tee for healthy traffic.Thus,scientific progress provides the technical and material support for further strengthening of traffic administration and promotion of traffic system.So system renovation and scientific progress form the two grand pillars for modern communications culture. |
