| 摘 要： | 人本主义理论认为教师应该以促进者而不是指导者的身份促进学生的学习。这就需要教师对外语教学的现状有清晰的认知，在人本主义理论的指导下转变自己的教育观念，树立正确的学生观，通过各种途径与学生进行沟通，建立良好师生关系，提高教学效果。

| Abstract: | According to the theory of humanism,teachers should,as facilitators,not as instructors,promote students' study.Therefore,teachers are required to have an clear idea of the current situation in foreign language teaching,change their education conception with the guidance of humanistic theory,set up correct students' conception and improve their teaching with the help of good relationship between teachers and students established through communicating with students in various ways. |
