中国正处于历史大变革时期,这个变革是在否定"文革"的基础上开始的,是伴随着体制大变动和人民群众生活水平的提高而展开的,它相应的带来了信仰危机和腐败,使改革的进程倍加艰辛.因此必须以德治国,重塑国魂.研究和弘扬红岩精神,把红岩精神变成新时期的伦理道德原则,并使其法律化、制度化、政策化,是实现以德治国的重要任务.

China is now in an era of historical change which started on the basis of denying the "cultural revolution" thoroughly and accompanied by the rapid improvement of people's living standards. Unfortunately, there appeare corruption and crisis in faith, which make our reform more difficult. So it is imperative to run the state by force of virtue and remold our national soul. For the accomplishment of this goal, we should study and bring into full play the red-crag spirit, turn it into an ethic criterion in the new era and have it socialized, politicalized and systemazed.
