| 摘 要： | 女性文学在宋代达到了前所未有的高度。宋代的才女多为宫廷女子、贵族和歌妓，主要分布于东南地区。诗词是宋代女性文学中最主要也是成就最高的体裁，内容多为抒发内心情感和家国情思。宋代女性文学有其自身特点与独立价值。还原女性文学的自身价值，可以更好更深入地研究女性文学。
