| 摘 要： | 宋辽自澶渊和议之后，双方使节不绝于途，但是北宋在与辽国正常互派使节、进行节日道贺时，赴辽的北宋使节却出现了频繁“辞不行”的现象。探讨该现象的表现、发生的原因及其对外交活动所产生的影响。

| Abstract: | After Chanyuan,there were frequent intercourses between North Song Dynasty and Liao Dynasty,but there appeared the phenomenon of declination when they dispatched ambassadors and congratulated in festivals.Representation of the phenomenon,reasons of happening and effects for diplomatic activities are probed into. |
